About the event
Have you wanted to learn more about foraging your own natural wild food and medicine?
Come join me in my Wild Folk Medicine series and re-learn our ancestral skills of foraging and creating homemade folk medicine and wild food recipes. Each month we will explore what is in season, and will focus on a different plant and technique, including creating your own teas, tinctures, infused oils, honey and vinegars, salves/balms and syrups and sauces.

In June, we will meet: Elder
Learn how to identify Elder trees and responsibly forage their beautiful and medicinal flowers. We will discuss the benefits of elderflower tea and taste some ourselves and also learn how to turn these fragrant blossoms into a syrup or cordial that can be used for months to come.
On our walk, I will also be briefly discussing many other plants that are in season and how they can be utilised…
